I'm a hands-on technical leader who thrives at the intersection of engineering excellence and business impact. With over 8 years of experience in scaling startups, I've developed a passion for transforming complex technical challenges into elegant, scalable solutions.

My journey has been defined by building and leading engineering teams through critical growth phases. At Sounding Board, I've worn multiple hats - from being the first engineer establishing the technical foundation, to leading the architecture of a multi-tenant platform serving Fortune 500 clients. I find particular joy in mentoring engineers and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Beyond coding, I'm deeply interested in emerging technologies like LLMs and their practical applications in business contexts. I believe in building systems that not only solve today's problems but are adaptable enough to embrace tomorrow's innovations.
